Sea of Shadows
The Monthly TimesThe Pirates have started attacking, and with them come the Haunts. There is unrest everywhere. Since the haunts came, things have been disappearing from shops often. It is said that they too, pay tribute to the mystics. Is it true, or is it fiction? For four centuries no one has dared defy the mystics, but are they all they seem? Will someone attack them at last? Will a battle come? Tune in to the next issue for more updates.
There is unrest in the Sea of Shadows.
The Luxury Cruises have chosen it for their vacationing spot, due to its beautiful views. Pirates have chosen to plunder there. Crusaders have awoken to try and defeat the Pirates, but some haunted beings have joined the Pirates. These, 'Haunts' as they are called, have mysterious powers, and are led by someone even more mysterious.
The Cruisers are trying to get rid of the Saviours, whom they feel are hindering them and suspect are trying to loot them. The Saviours are tired of saving people who don't want to be saved. The Pirates can't work with the Haunts and the Haunts hate the unorganized way in which the Pirates work. Even within the ships there is an occasional traitor and sore thumb. It seems like all people do is to fight. In the middle of this sea of unrest is an island, with two mystics, presiding over this battle, whose powers are deemed unparalled, and to whom everyone has paid tribute for many years. They too, feel threatened, and are getting ready for the battle.
Yes, a battle must come. When it does, where will you be?

Character Relationships Oh yes, this is that board. That board which tells you about who knows who, who likes who, who's friends with whom, and who hates whom. Quite a lot for just one board! Come here and figure out your character's relationships. Moderator: Ashley Trelasse
The Saviours (4 sub-boards) The 'Saviours'. Well, they are basically the "good guys" on this site. The Saviours are trying to save everyone, trying to save the coast. They are usually young men and women, who are greatly motivated and who strive to do good.
The Pirates (4 sub-boards) So, these are the Pirates. The pirates are mean, nasty, bad, strong and very violent. In fairy tales. Here, the pirates are indeed uncouth and strong, but there are also the occasional smart guy and clean maiden in the midst of the barbarians. Moderator: Ruki Summer
The Island of the Mystics This is the island of the mystics, the land of Priscilla and Dianora. It is a dangerous to reach island, with only one lonely hut inside, and with mystics fabled to have powers beyond those imagined by most. Everyone pays tribute to this island, and Priscilla and Dianora live off it. Nobody in the centuries has dared to attack this little island, but in the future: who knows? The mystics are neutral, they only care that no one disturbs them. They look over the entire war.
The Cruisers (4 sub-boards) The rich, the famous, the opulent, the lavish, the extravagant. You can call the cruisers any of this, and be right. Ok, let's say that "misguided" would also be appropriate enough for them. You can find 11 year old millionaires and men and women richer than Bill Gates here, but no one knows how they got their money. Moderator: Anya Jones
The Haunts (4 sub-boards) The Haunts are the strangest of all the creatures in the Sea of Shadows, expect perhaps the Mystics. Led by a strange, powerful master, they can appear and disappear at will, but cannot face sunlight easily, but in the darkness possess powers that normal humans should fear.
